Modernize your IT service with simple plans
Orchestrate Technologies, a portfolio firm of the Cincinnati Chamber’s Minority Business Accelerator, is revolutionizing the way IT leaders and small business owners engage and acquire their support, network and cloud IT solutions. Orchestrate’s innovative approach to providing layered technology services is the first of its kind to the region – and their unique product delivery is structured around three principles: automation, integration, and the simplest configurations available today.
Orchestrate places the power in your hands with a simple, web-based signup process for all tech services and server message block needs. This novel delivery lowers overhead and grows your bottom line by giving you control of common software, storage and security – and allowing you to purchase with a subscription-based service, with packages geared toward small- and medium-sized businesses.
“Orchestrate bundles and automates the common technology tools that business owners need and that IT professionals dislike allocating resources to administer. This reduces the cost for both the end user and the service organization, ultimately making the technology support and procurement process simpler for everyone,” said Orchestrate Technologies’ co-founder Vincent Williams.
Along with the new subscription services, Orchestrate plans to create a co-working space at its new location, 6 Pike Street in Reading. In addition to a beautiful facility and shared services, Orchestrate’s co-working space promises to be unique in that it will provide comprehensive tech support and infrastructure to its members.
Additionally, the ecosystem at 6 Pike Place will offer startup support and small business programming through a unique partnership with SQUARE1. As a nonprofit focused on supporting emerging entrepreneurs, SQUARE1 will assist Orchestrate Technologies in its support, training, coaching, and innovation for small businesses.
“As a small business ourselves, Orchestrate has experienced the challenges of starting and growing a business,” explains Mr. Williams. “With your struggles at the forefront of our thinking, we are excited to introduce these two new tools and a key partnership to further support small businesses as a part of our mission to harmonize business, people and technology.”
Orchestrate’s motivation to give back is ingrained in their business. As a B Corp, they are certified to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. This results in a significant and growing involvement in local nonprofits.
“Orchestrate is making technology work for businesses of all sizes at an affordable, simple, and predictable monthly cost to break down barriers to grow and let business owners focus on the business itself,” says Orchestrate partner, Jonathan Bristow. “Technology is not an option in today’s fast-paced, highly digital world.”
